EU
Nationals from Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the UK can work freely in the UK without the permission of the Home Office.

A8
Nationals from Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia & Slovenia need permission to work in the UK within 28 days of the employment start date unless the applicant can prove they are exempt.
